Challenge yourself by progressing to different resistance levels. Durable foam padded handles provide total comfort during exercise. This product may contain dry rubber or natural latex.

Due to the configuration of this tube, it may feel tighter/heavier than traditional tubes because the resistance is doubled. Yellow and green tubes are suggested for group fitness classes (majority should probably be yellow).
